Humming Homes is a home membership service that brings together easy-to-use technology and experienced people to empower local service providers to spend more time doing what they do best, providing great outcomes for customers.

What areas does Humming Homes operate in?

Currently, Humming Homes operates in the Hamptons
and Westchester County, NY, Fairfield County, CT, and South Florida. We're launching new markets soon!

Which services do you offer?

We have a network of service providers across any service that a homeowner might need. This includes landscaping, pool maintenance, handymen, electricians, HVAC professions, housekeeping and cleaning services -- as well as specialty vendors such as masonry, interior design, and chimney cleaning -- you name it!

When working with us and the homes we manage, service providers can access an easy to use web-based platform that allows them to view and bid on potential jobs, manage open jobs, upload invoices electronically and get paid, fast.
Our team of home managers will work to support scheduling, progress reports and invoicing for each job you take on with our homeowners. Consistent reliability and quality work completed at a reasonable cost will give service providers entry into the Humming Homes Preferred Provider network.

What types of tools and resources will I gain access to by joining Humming Homes?

Client Management: We serve as the main point of contact for all vendor management and work as a team to ensure work is completed on time and within budget. We deal with all of the feedback from homeowners directly, manage client expectations on outcomes, day-of timing and follow-ups.
Scheduling & quality control: Our home manager will coordinate, and schedule appointments with your team directly .
Invoicing and payments: We will aggregate your invoices, collect your digital payment (credit card or bank account) and submit invoices directly to homeowner electronically.

What is your COVID-19 Policy?

All Humming Homes employees have been fully vaccinated for COVID-19.

How much does it cost to join Humming Homes?

There are no changes if you are already working with one of our homes! For any new services / accounts through Humming Homes, a service fee will be agreed upon and collected before acceptance of new jobs.

Can I refuse servicing a specific job?

Yes! You are in your right to accept or reject any request you get through Humming Homes

Will I be able to market my services on other platforms?

Yes, Humming Homes does not act as an exclusive platform.
